SHEETS OF ALEXANDRIA

Φύλλα Αλεξανδρείας

Cassia Angustifolia

Whenever we went to Greece for our summer vacation, my mother would always bring back a lot of herbs in her suitcase. Lucky her suit cases were never checked, my mother would have had a hard time explaining to the officer what she was bringing back from Greece.

The Φύλλα Αλεξανδρείας was one of the herbs she couldn't find here. My mother would give it to my dad when he was constipated. My mother didn't know it is a powerful natural laxative and has the ability to activate bowel mobility.

The action of the herb is slow and occurs 8-10 to 12 hours after it is taken.
