GREEK SAGE

Φασκομηλο

Salvia Officinalis

Greek Sage has been used since ancient times. Ancient Greeks regarded it as a sacred plant and dedicated it to the god Zeus. Women in ancient Greece welcomed men from the war with a sage drink to "stimulate" fertility.

My great grandmother and great aunt were always suspicious of doctors. When they were told they had to watch their cholesterol, they would go to their garden and pick this tea and drank it to keep their cholesterol low.

In addition to increasing weight loss by activating metabolism, it is delicious and aromatic, and helps to eliminate unnecessary fluid from the body.
